I think it pretty is simple, easy and self explanatory. When change comes calling, plunge in, move with it whether as a calm wind or a storm and when the beat plays, dance the heck out of it.
You gotta love the dance and really get into dancing if you want the music being played to make sense and help you feel good.
Life is a journey and in-between the walks, treks, runs, and crawls, we will have those moments when we have to dance to shake of the stress and dance we will.
When the music plays, you have got to get up and dance the sound away. I say dance and dance like it will never stop because, the sweat will become the representation of the new flow that is coming your way.
Change is inevitable and though it doesn't come in the form of 'change' or in a placard that spells CHANGE, you have just got to learn to go with the flow.
