FIRST FAVORITE PERSONALITY.

Based on my experience in this hive, I have observed accounts that still publish poor content and are cured in a forceful way and are always in trend, I think that this should stop since it hurts others because I see it as a mockery or lack of respect not so much for myself but for others.

En esta oportunidad les presento una escritura como parte de una propuesta realizada por @bluemist me gusto y me pareció interesante ya que esta iniciativa debería ayudar y ser tomada en cuenta por todas las comunidades y diferentes actores de la comunidad en general de Hive para el mejoramiento y crecimiento de la colmena.

Es una persona ejemplar muy creativa y amorosa le gusta lo tierno y agradable, entro a steemit y me convenció a entrar y a desarrollar mi primeras entradas y de esa persona aprendí a no desmayar y a perseverar hasta lograr mejorar con la experiencia las entradas y contenidos a través de la investigación de trabajos realizados de otras cuentas al punto en la actualidad de rivalizar los post que hacemos en cuanto a cuál queda mejor y es mejor curado y valorado, se trata de mi esposa la letra de su cuenta empieza por la letra T.

Para la tercera personalidad favorita es patrocinador de un concurso muy interesante donde el coloca la imagen y nosotros debemos editarla creativamente, este concurso me ayudo a crecer y aprender y conocer diferentes temas que no sabía y manejaba con certeza ya que me permite realizar arte digital creativo y desarrollar la historia relacionada al arte digital realizado ya que me gusta escribir y su nombre empieza por la letra A.
CUARTA PERSONALIDAD FAVORITA.
Para esta oportunidad durante la participación en un concurso conocí una personalidad que aprecia mucho el trabajo que realizo y siempre y pesar que es un participante más, apoya con humildad con votos, comentarios analíticos que transmite una fuerza interior de hacerlo cada vez mejor elevando tu nivel y calidad de trabajo permitiendo crecer y avanzar, el concurso se realizan collage y la cuenta empieza con las letras AG.
PERSONALIDADES ODIADAS
Basado en mi experiencia en esta colmena he observado cuentas que todavía publican contenidos pobres y son curados de forma contundente y siempre están en tendencia, yo opino que esto se debe acabar ya que perjudica a los demás porque yo lo veo como una burla o falta de respeto no tanto por mí sino por los demás.
Ya que al ver entradas espectaculares que merecen buena curación y ver después estas entradas de bajo nivel con curación muy elevadas esto baja el ánimo a cualquiera sobre todo a los de nuevo ingreso en la colmena, o tienen muchos amigos o como dicen en mi país se compran y se dan el vuelto ellos mismos.
Se deben valorar la calidad de las entradas y curarse según su contenido y la calidad del mismo, soy partidario que los curadores y ballenas deben visitar todas las entradas de día y curarlas según la calidad del contenido ya he observado muy buenas entradas que no tienen ni un Hive de curación por eso para ser más justo se deben poner los curadores de acuerdo por guardias como si fueran vigilantes de un centro comercial para que crecer como colmena, bueno esta es mi humilde opinión y siento que estoy contribuyendo al crecimiento de Hive.
