Challenge - Stay home, share 3 travel photos

Several years ago I visited Durdle Door in Dorset, UK that is part of the Jurassic Coast. The natural limestone arch was formed by the force of the waves which eroded the rock. The name Durdle is taken from an old English word ‘thirl’, which means to pierce.

It was a very hot day, with a gorgeous blue sky and the sea was a beautiful azure colour. Unfortunately, I don't like heights so found it difficult to take photographs without wobbling!

We did make it down onto the shingly beach though, forgetting that we had to climb back up!

I think it was about 30°C. Probably not very hot to you. Thank you for sharing. 😊

Yes a bit, but you are talking the UK here. Our summers don't always last that long. 😊
