LET`S MAKE COCONUT OIL //HAGAMOS ACEITE DE COCO.
Hello hivers, greetings to all, this time I bring you something different, I want to show you how to extract coconut oil, totally homemade, natural for our use.
In a few steps I will show you how to get it so that you can take advantage of its benefits on your hair, skin, and health, thanks to its high content of saturated fat.
This fat being one of the few oils of vegetable origin with almost 90% saturated fatty acids in its composition, but we are not talking about the same saturated fat found in meat or cheese, but coconut oil has triglycerides that are very good for health.
Hola hivers, saludos a todos, en esta ocasión les traigo algo diferente, quiero mostrarles como extraer el aceite de coco, totalmente casero, natural para nuestro uso.
En unos pocos pasos te mostraré cómo conseguirlo para que puedas aprovechar sus beneficios en tu cabello, piel y salud, gracias a su alto contenido en grasas saturadas.
Esta grasa es uno de los pocos aceites de origen vegetal con casi un 90% de ácidos grasos saturados en su composición, pero no estamos hablando de la misma grasa saturada que se encuentra en la carne o el queso, sino que el aceite de coco tiene triglicéridos que son muy buenos para la salud.
MATERIALS:
1 coconut
Grater
Knife to chop the coconut
Cooking pot
Strainer

HOW DO WE MAKE COCONUT OIL?
1. Cut the coconut into large pieces and proceed to scratch them.
¿CÓMO HACEMOS EL ACEITE DE COCO?
- Corta el coco en trozos grandes y procede a rallarlos.
2. Soak the grated coconut in water to make it smooth. Then with my hands I squeeze and stir everything.
2. Remoje el coco rallado en agua para que quede suave. Luego con mis manos aprieto y revuelvo todo.
3. Here I use a strainer to remove the smallest particles from the coconut milk.
3. Aquí utilizo un colador para quitar las partículas más pequeñas de la leche de coco.
4.It is recommended to cook the mixture over low heat, until it boils. When it is no longer cooking, we let it rest and cool.

Se recomienda cocinar la mezcla a fuego lento, hasta que hierva. Cuando ya no esté cocinando, lo dejamos reposar y enfriar.
5.We observe that the milk that thickened will begin to granulate and separate from the oil.

6. Here I just grab the coconut oil.

7. And so we have the oil extracted from the coconut.
