Friday Walk and Nature Photography

Hello friends, hope you had a perfect day. Actually, now it is night in my country. As we are facing a new challenge in our lives with the coronavirus disease it is better to control ourselves not to let it affect our daily routines in life. I was quarantine during 8 months and I lost about 20 pounds without any diet and it was just dues to a heavy pressure and stress that I'd put on my body. I did not have any walk, any sun light on my body, and now I have bone pain that I can't sit or stand without any pain. So, I advice you to have daily walk during the day between 10 Am to 3 PM and you will see its perfect impact on your body. I did this and now I feel better. hope you enjoy.
