Participating in my first Trade fair organised by my state (Kwara state) government and the Kwara state governor loved my bags and purchased one..
Good morning everyone,
I'm so excited to be making this post, guess why? My state governor loved my bag collection and even purchased one. This got me dancing yesterday at the Trade fair. Now let me go back to the beginning, last month my former boss sent me a link to register for this trade fair. Thankfully I did and I was among the lucky ones selected. If you check my previous post you'd see I was always mentioning that I was preparing for the fair with those bags creation and yesterday was the first day. I was very nervous because that will be my first Trade fair ever. I've never attended one before so I didn't know hownits going to turn out but then again I knew I tried my best in creating lovely bags and I hoped and pray people love my collection.
Early yesterday's morning, I went to the location with my goods. Unfortunately we couldn't start earlier because the breeze took down all the canopy that had been set so new ones had to be installed. Below are pictures of me waiting with my bags in the morning.
- After a while, the canopies were set and the store numbers were installed. I was given store no 88 which is a very nice spot. It was in the middle of the fair and close the entrance. There I displayed my goods and later one my banner came which I displayed behind cus of the size.
What made me happy was people love and appreciate my bags. They could testify to its authenticity, the quality, the style and design. A lot were surprised when I told them I made it myself and some could not even believe it until I show them the pictures of myself making them. The love was amazing and it was able to build my confidence. This is because before the trade fair, I wasn't sure of myself. I was always having this doubting feeling within to if my bags will be loved by the public and this is one of the ways to prove it. I couldn't take the pictures of everyone that bought but I took few. The lady below really had a long time deciding which one to pick cus she loved varieties of my collection.

- These two lovely ladies bought my biggest design and the medium chain one.
- Below are pictures I took when the governor came to my store. He really appreciate my bags and that made me happy. He eventually bought the choco brown big size bag.

- When I got home, I got some reviews from some people how they love the bag and some are even booking and paying to get one for themselves today. Here is one....
