Hola queridos amigos y lectores, espero todos estén muy bien, y desde ya les deseo que cada uno de ustedes tenga una provechosa y exitosa semana,

En un principio comenté que las obras musicales diarias las iba a ir abordando en cada publicación, sobretodo las que fuesen un poco largas, pero decidí abordarlas de forma salteadas para así no aburrir,

De tal forma que cada vez escucharnos algo diferente, y continuar varias publicaciones después las obras pero no de forma seguida.

Es por esto que hoy decidí traerles un poco de una de las obras más famosas del increíble compositor Richard Strauss cómo lo es el Poema Sinfónico "Don Juan".

Pero como siempre, antes hablaremos del compositor:

Richard Strauss nació en Viena, viviendo entre los años 1864 y 1949, viviendo lo que era el Romanticismo tardío a plenitud, donde dejó como característica una forma muy única de componer, tanto por la misma armonía cómo también por el texto, por lo que el compositor buscaba escribir,

Este último detalle era porque en esa época había mucho movimiento filosófico y artístico que sin duda marcó todas las artes, cómo por ejemplo Nietzsche,

Es por esta razón, adicional a la época, que Richard va a encontrar una forma muy única de reflejar todo a lo que desea, solamente con música.

Y es esto lo que el compositor logra en Don Juan, la cual compone basada en un poema de Nikolaus Lenau que lleva el mismo nombre.

Este poema habla del famoso personaje de "Don Juan" quien es un persona que significa básicamente la vida del hombre. La valentía de este, las ganas de lograr las cosas, y la vida misma. Todo el trayecto que esté recorre y los logros.

Ya hablando de la obra musical de hoy, nos daremos cuenta que ya en el comienzo es sumamente fácil unir y entender que busca Strauss,

Pues en este comienzo hace énfasis en el persona, una especie de presentación de Don Juan, por eso la tonalidad y el figuraje tan ciertamente eroico.

En toda esta primera parte el compositor busca presentarnos a ese heroísmo de Don Juan, cómo si se nos presentara a nosotros mismos quienes lo escuchamos.

Justo luego de la presentación escucharemos ese pasaje agudo del violin que significaría esas luchas de uno mismo de buscar las cosas, de lograrlas. Todo esto mostrado como si se tratase sólo del personaje pero que en realidad es la misma lucha de la humanidad. De buscar más, de lograr más, toda esa valentía. Esos miedos. Esos éxitos y esos fracasos. Esos amores y desamores, plasmados esta vez en un persona.

Así que, acá escucharán un poco de esta obra que curiosamente es una obra que en todo el mundo piden para los exámenes de admisión para orquestas sinfónicas y Filarmónicas:

In all this first part, the composer seeks to introduce us to that heroism of Don Juan, as if we were introduced to those of us who listened to him.

Right after the presentation we will hear that sharp passage of the violin that would mean those struggles of oneself to seek things, to achieve them. All this shown as if it were only the character but that in reality is the same fight of humanity. To seek more, to achieve more, all that courage. Those fears. Those successes and those failures. Those loves and heartbreak, this time embodied in a person.
