La pandemia tenía mi cabello demasiado largo y siendo realista mi cara no pegaba mucho con el cabello largo y si le agregamos que no soy un jovencito es peor; salí una semana en recorrido de una peluquería abierta, buscaba y buscaba pero ninguna estaba abierta, regresaba a casa desanimado, pero no me detenía en mi pensamiento, necesitaba con urgencia un corte.

The pandemic had my hair too long and, being realistic, my face did not match much with long hair and if we add that I am not a young man it is worse; I went out for a week in a tour of an open hairdresser, I searched and searched but none were open, I returned home discouraged, but I did not stop in my thought, I urgently needed a haircut.

Al cabo de unas dos semanas ya y viendo que mi propósito no se realizaría salí por el último domingo , de tanto estar buscando lo que necesitaba podía contagiarme del bocho malo, recorrí las calles en donde era regular ver las peluquerías abiertas y como era de esperar estaban todas con sus cortinas de fierro abajo.

After about two weeks and seeing that my purpose would not be fulfilled, I left for the last Sunday, from so much looking for what I needed I could get the bad bocho, I walked the streets where it was regular to see the open hairdressers and as expected they were all with their iron curtains down.

No quedaba de otra, tenía que resignarme a usar el cabello largo, pensé pedirle una banda elástica a mi hija, de esas con las que le ata el pelo a mis nietas, me daba risa interna de pensar en cómo me vería.

No se como llegué a una calle y para mi fortuna una peluquería estaba con sus cortinas a la mitad, temeroso dije hola y la peluquera salió haciéndome una señal de estaba atendiendo, me agache y entre, me senté en la silla y le dije que necesitaba un corte, la señorita al parecer hacía mucho no trabajaba porque me ofrecía uno y otro servicio, de tanto que hablaba dije que si.

Primero realizó un corte de pelo, siguió con un lavado y masaje, luego lo seco y peinó ; comenzó entonces a recortar mi bigote, la verdad jamás me habían hecho eso y la señorita peluquera toda emocionada seguía su labor.

Para finalizar me dice la peluquera con gran amabilidad que haría una perfilación de cejas, no entendí mucho lo que quería decir y bueno le dije que sí, cerré los ojos y ella hizo su trabajo.

Regrese a casa y notaba que en el camino la gente me miraba, pensaba yo ilusamente que era por mi mascarilla llamativa, estaba muy equivocado, llegué a casa y entre luciendo radiante mi corte de cabello, lo cabeza se sentía ligera, pero al verme estallaron las risas y nadie decía nada.

I returned home and noticed that on the way people looked at me, I thought delusively that it was because of my flashy mask, I was very wrong, I got home and between looking radiant my haircut, my head felt light, but when they saw me they exploded laughter and nobody said anything.

Miraba a uno por uno pero ya estaban a las carcajadas, en eso mi nieta grita EL TATA NO TIENE CEJAS, ahí entendí que la señorita peluquera me había hecho una depilación y se le había ido la mano.
