Bond (Music Themed 5-Minute Freewrite Challenge)

Many James Bond fans has been awaiting for "No Time to Die" which should've shown already in theaters but because of the pandemic, it has been postponed. But the movie's theme song was already released several months ago, and the supposed momentum was gone after all the events. It is also the last Bond film by Daniel Craig. The song, which is of the same name, was performed by Billie Eilish, and was a UK number 1 hit already.

James Bond theme songs are also usually talked-about along with the movie. Daniel Craig had a total of 5 James Bond films, with "No Time to Die" as the fifth. So it also means there are already 5 Bond theme songs with Craig as the 007 agent. The previous film "Spectre" had Sam Smith sung the theme song but with a different title "Writing's on the Wall". It was also a UK number 1 hit, but a moderate hit in thr US.

I think the last big hit from a James Bond film was "Skyfall" performed by Adele. It was a top 10 hit both in the US and UK. The film is also the highest grossing Bond film ever. Alicia Keys and Jack White sang "Another Way to Die" which wasn't that much of a big hit.

The first James Bond film of Daniel Craig has been "Casino Royale", the second Bond film since 2000 after "Die Another Day", the last film of Pierce Brosnan as the 007 character. It's theme song was "You Know My Name" by the late Chris Cornell. It's also a moderate hit peaking at number 7 in UK, but outside the top 10 in most countries.
