This sponge cake is called black sponge cake which is made with a mixture of Nescafe coffee powder, that's why this sponge cake is known for its taste and delicious aroma.
If we want a sponge cake that we make it tastes good and not bitter, we don't use artificial sweeteners, we just need to use sugar alone, because sugar is very good to make sweetener in the cake.
If we use sweeteners in the cake, then the cake will have a bitter taste, whatever the cake is.

Why will we lose?
Because people after tasting a cake that we make with sweeteners, people will not like our cake, so our cake is not bought, we finally have to throw away or eat it ourselves.
