It is one of those ugly truths (the truth is never pretty anyway) that we've all at one time or another lost a thing or two that we considered so dear. This could be material such as personal belongings or cash. Atimes it could be intangible stuff like love (actually, things that truly matter in life are mostly aren't things; read that again please)
The poem you're about reading is a pointer to the fact that however impossible or improbable it might seem, with persistence and patience we will someday find what was lost, and if we don't, we'll find something even better!

KIDNAPPED PEN

PhotoGrid_1600595482372_1600675338026.jpg

I have lost my poetic pen
arrantly admired by men
to the dark-in-complexion night
a ferocious fear of sunlight.

I have searched through my blind room
at the bold beckon of my broom.
But my efforts shout of futility's fang
and on a noose, my hope hangs.

Now I will not be able to write
on a paper with a skin so white.
Because someone has kidnapped my pen
that is arrantly admired by men.

Sorrow has summoned more courage
like a typhoon filled with rage.
It strikes my soul with malice
it's target, it has refused to miss

Hurt harasses my heart
like a swift spear chases a hart.
Harshly it continues to hit me
and cloudy, my eyes continue to be.

But sooner or later I know end comes to every tribulation
Time has got to be a factor to many equations.
So persistence and patience had remained my Ransom
in reclaiming my kidnapped pen or find another more awesome.

Awesome post Joe I love it. it helps remind me that time is our most valuable and finite commodity, and how we spend it dictates our quality of life. If we invest it wisely and use it to hone our patience and our knowledge, then the uplifting effect will be exponential.

Your poets pen is still as keen as ever my friend !tip

@johneyreacko Yes, time is a powerful gift of nature, equally distributed to us all. If we can indeed harness its potency with efforts, deligence and commitment, it's sure could be an indispensable asset...

I found so much messages in your comment. It's obvious you read between the lines.
You just got my mind mirrored and ignited some Sparks in me! Thanks a load for the inspiration.

Again, thanks for your support
