Enjoy Kebabs and Burgers on the Side of the City Road

Yooo hello my fellow hivers and the whole community, come back with me Jodi Pamungkas. Thank you for visiting my previous post. Today Ema and I are back looking for culinary content around town. I got a message from my friend that my friend has a kebab and burger business. I fully support my friend's businesses. Around 10 pm I immediately went to the place with Ema. It just so happens that the place is very close to Ema's house.

So, the photo above is the front view of my friend's burger and kebab place. This place is open from late afternoon until 12 at night. This place is quite simple and only uses a cart like the photo above. Located on the edge of a city road that is often passed by people. I think this place is very strategic for selling burgers and kebabs.

Here are the menus in this place. For the burger section, there is a special burger menu. What are these special burgers? The first burger uses eggs, meat, sausage and the second uses double eggs and double meat. The price varies greatly depending on what visitors want. Now I go to the kebab menu. Has 3 different complete kebab menus, first using chicken, sausage and cheese. The second uses chicken, sausage and eggs. Finally, the most complete kebab menu is using chicken, sausage, eggs and cheese.

Now I have sat on the chairs and tables that have been provided. This place only has 2 tables. Because this place prioritizes take away rather than eating directly on the spot. It can be seen that my friend is making someone's order before mine.

The photo above shows some burgers and sausages being grilled using the space provided. My friend is pretty good at making burgers and kebabs. Deni has been in the business for a long time and got stuck a few months ago. Now Deni opens with the same name and place. All of this equipment is purchased from a bank loan.

I asked my friend's permission to take a picture at the table of the cart. It looks like everything is very clean and tidy, there is not the slightest bit of dirt on the table. My friend used a good quality chilli and cheese sauce. So my friend's burgers and kebabs are selling well in the city.

In this section my friend starts mixing some of the other ingredients for the kebabs and burgers. The photo above is the kebab that is being cooked, before cooking the kebab will be filled with several ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauce and cheese according to the wishes of the visitors. I immediately saw my friend make one by one the burger and the kebab with ease.

After the burger or kebab is done. My friend has prepared a packet to put kebabs or burgers. This package is complete with plastic so it doesn't fall. Very interesting, right? No need to be afraid to open a business. Because humans can only try and sustenance is God in control.

After a few minutes I saw my friend making kebabs. Finally Ema's order has arrived. The packaging of this kebab is very nice and not hot. The taste of this kebab is quite delicious and different from other kebabs that I have tried. I would honestly rate this kebab as 7/10.

I'm still waiting for my burger. My friend was making my burger and had to wait about a few minutes. I ordered a burger complete with all the toppings because I was so hungry hahahaha.

Tadaaaaaaa, finally my complete burger has arrived and I can't wait to try this burger. I also ordered a burger with extra spicy. So don't be surprised to see tons of chilli sauce on the inside of my burger. There is lettuce, eggs, bacon and sausage in this burger.

When I open this burger bun. I could not see exactly what was inside. Because the chili sauce covers everything. What is clear I ordered a complete burger and everything was mixed. Ema and I immediately ate quickly and ran out. All I have to pay is about 4 $ in total and I am really very full. Thank you to those of you who have read and stopped in my post today.
