How to Make Vanilla Chocolate Eclairs

well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make vanilla chocolate are not expensive and you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredients you have to prepare are liquid milk, liquid vanilla, eggs, cornstarch, sugar, salt, unsalted butter, mineral water, egg yolks, flour and chocolate bars. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making vanilla chocolate eclairs. you can replace the brand of these materials with brands available in your country.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 3 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, half a teaspoon of salt and 80 grams of sugar. after that, stir the dough until well blended using a wikser only.

the second step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended, now set the dough aside. now all you have to do is prepare a pan and put 360ml of liquid milk and enough liquid vanilla to smell good. then, cook until the liquid milk is hot using only low heat.

the third step, after the liquid milk has been cooked until hot, enter the egg mixture that was previously well mixed into the pan and stir continuously and do not stop until the mixture thickens using only low heat.

the fourth step, after you have stirred the dough continuously until the dough thickens, now turn off the stove and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Then, stir the dough in a state of the stove off until the dough is well mixed.

the fifth step, after the dough has been mixed well, now move the dough to another place and cover the dough using plastic. make sure the plastic hits the dough in the middle and let the dough cool for about half an hour.

the sixth step, while the dough is being cooled, now all you have to do is prepare a cleaned pan and put 65 ml of liquid milk, 60 ml of mineral water, 60 grams of unsalted butter, 8 grams of sugar and 3 grams of salt into the dough. Then, stir continuously until the mixture boils using only low heat.

seventh step, after the dough has been cooked until it boils and now put 70grams of flour into the boiling dough. Then, stir the mixture until it is evenly mixed with low heat only.

the eighth step, after the dough is finished, stir until well mixed, then move the dough again to another place and let the dough cool. then, add 2 eggs to the mixture, but you have to add the eggs gradually while you stir.

the ninth step, after the dough has been stirred until well mixed, now prepare a plastic triangle and put all the dough into the plastic triangle. make sure you put the spluit at the end of the plastic triangle that you cut out.

the tenth step, after the dough has been put into a plastic triangle, now all you have to prepare is prepare an oven pan and arrange the dough on the oven pan slowly. You can also use baking paper for the base of the oven pan.

the eleventh step, after the dough has been arranged on a baking sheet until the dough is complete, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. next, after the oven is hot, now put the oven pan into the oven and bake the dough at 190 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom fire for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.

the twelfth step, while the dough is being baked for 30 minutes, now we will return to the dough that was being chilled before. then, stir the dough again until soft again. Next, put the dough into a plastic triangle.

the thirteenth step, after the dough has been put into a plastic triangle, now all you have to do is remove the dough from the oven and place it on the table. then, hole the eclairs at the top, middle and bottom like the photo above. Then, put the dough into the hole until it's done.

the fourteenth step, after you have put the dough into the eclairs to completion, now all you have to do is melt some chocolate bars with liquid milk in it.

the last step, after the chocolate bars have melted perfectly, now apply the melted chocolate to the eclairs that you filled with the previous dough like the photo above.

And finally, after going through quite a few steps, you can now serve vanilla chocolate eclairs to your friends and family. the taste is quite good and the texture of the eclairs is really very soft and crunchy.
