Late Night Hunger Solution is Kebabs at Juragan Kebab

Yooo hello my fellow hivers and the whole community. Come back with me Jodi Pamungkas. Thank you to those of you who have supported my previous post. Do you often feel hungry late at night? Do you have this solution? I have the perfect solution late at night when I am hungry. But I have to go to town first to buy kebabs. It so happened that the place I was going to was belonged to a friend of mine named Anggi. Previously, I had visited a kebab place called Deni. Around 1pm I went straight to the Juragan Kebab location which is located in the city.

Welcome to Juragan Kebab. A phenomenal kebab place in my city and already have 2 places with different locations. Tells a little about the owner of Juragan Kebab. Formerly, Anggi was an employee of a private bank in my city. Then Anggi chose the way out and started his kebab business in 2019. I think Anggi is very brave to take the risk of becoming an entrepreneur. Only with a bank loan. Anggi is now successful and has many customers. Seen to only use a cart and specifically for take away.

Well, Juragan Kebab is different from the kebab places I previously visited. What is the difference? In this place using meat like the photo above. Whereas the previous place used ready-made meat and for the taste comparison it is quite much better to use meat like this. Have you ever eaten kebabs? What's your first impression? Photo above of the raw materials they use. One of them is cooking oil, sausage, vegetables, butter and the most important thing is eggs. Everything looks very hygienic and clean. The sausages used have a pretty convincing brand. Previously I asked my friend's permission first before taking all the pictures around this place.

Juragakan Kebab has 2 employees who are quite skilled and reliable. One of them is Anggi's younger brother. This place is open from 4pm to 2pm depending on certain situations and conditions. There are so many menu variants to choose from. I forgot to take pictures of the menus in this place. I ordered a kebab with sausage, meat and cheese with a very spicy level hahaha.

Every time they cut the lettuce or held anything. They always use plastic gloves so that they do not come into direct contact with their hands. Sometimes the hands have a lot of germs that we don't know about. It is very difficult to wash your hands all the time. Looks like they're making it for someone else first before mine.

It was already half past 2 and more and more people were arriving to eat kebabs at this place. A very strategic place also supports this place as one of the favorite kebabs for kebab lovers in my city. It's not just kebabs. Juragan Kebab also sells burgers with various variants.

You can see one of them is frying sausages and bread first with the specified heat. I don't really understand this, but I am quite happy to see something new. Since I became a culinary creator. I know a lot about cooking or how to cook these foods. So far I am very happy with my profession as a culinary creator on Hive Blockchain.

Now, everything is in its final stages, all vegetables, sausages, meat and cheese are put in one tortilla shell. Then all of them are cooked for a few minutes so that the tortilla skin is firm and tasty. After waiting for a while and taking pictures.
