Yooo hello my fellow hivers and the whole community. Come back with me Jodi Pamungkas. Thank you for reading and stopping by my previous post. Today, together with other friends, I visited a coffee shop owned by my friend named Reza. The plan was that we were going to dawn there and coincidentally the place was still open. I along with Anggi, Chimeng and Ibal headed straight to that location. The coffee shop is located quite a distance away and is in the Langsa city police station.

Welcome to Forest Kupi. This place is quite busy being visited by people because of the delicious Nasi Uduk with a menu variant. This coffee shop is also a place where Reza and his family live. It can be seen that the front of this coffee shop is very simple and unlike the coffee shops in general that I often visit.

Around half past 4 I arrived at the location and took some pictures. I asked Reza permission to take some pictures at his coffee shop. Nasi Uduk Forest is quite famous in my city. Selling Nasi Uduk with various variants such as using chicken, catfish, tilapia and duck. All menus in this coffee shop are 100% halal.

Now I am in the place where they make nasi uduk. Seen a lot of important equipment. One of them is like styrofoam packages and seasonings to make fried chicken or catfish. Everything looks very messy and messy. Naturally, it was 4 in the morning and we were the last customers.

Well, in the photo above there are 2 pans for frying some vegetables such as cabbage and eggplant. The skillet is also used to fry tempeh and others. They are preparing food for us.

On the left side there is a grill for chicken, catfish, tilapia and duck. Everything looks really good, starting with the brand of the grill, the spices used and the various other utensils which are very clean.

Now I'm heading to the inside of this coffee shop. I started on the left. Everything looks neat. Starting from chairs, risu, mineral water and tables. You can see that the floor has been swept so clean that there is no more dirt.

On the left inside is the same. Everything looks really neat. This coffee shop has been around for a long time and has changed its name several times. Reza's business story is almost the same as Anggi's. Reza left his job to start a coffee shop and Nasi Uduk food business. It turns out that quite a lot of enthusiasts have been successful until now.

My friends and I got the table we wanted. I immediately ordered my favorite menu which is Nasi Uduk Ayam Bakar with cold tea. I have to wait about 15 minutes for the food menu. Meanwhile, Ibal and Chimeng ordered fried catfish uduk rice. Honestly, all the food menus in this coffee shop are delicious and I have to try all the menus.

Now I head towards the back near the stairs. The photo above is a place to make various drink menus such as avocado, orange, dragon and various other types of juices. This coffee shop also provides sachet drinks for visitors.

This coffee shop also sells a variety of snacks to accompany your eating of Nasi Uduk. The price of a snack at this coffee shop is around 0.5 $ and they all look absolutely delicious. I take some to eat with my friends. In addition, the cashier desk is directly controlled by the owner of this coffee shop, Reza. My first impression of coming to the coffee shop is quite happy and I give this coffee shop a rating of 7/10.

Finally, today's sahur menu has arrived. 1 plate of grilled chicken uduk rice. They also provide 2 different seasonings. First, the spicy and sweet seasonings. Honestly, I prefer sweet spices to spicy ones. Because to eat grilled chicken is very suitable with sweet spices. There are also cut eggplant, cucumber and basil leaves. All I have to pay is around 3 $ in total and I am really very full. Around half past 5 I returned home. Thank you to those of you who have read and stopped in my post today. Give your advice and support. See you in the next post.
