MADE ANOTHER SET OF HEAPS IN ORDER TO PLANT YAM AND MAIZE
Hello good days friends,
I decided to clear the land very close to my house and make heaps in order to plant yam and maize. The land is very soft now and easy to make the heaps, with the rain presently. I got one labourer who assisted me in clearing and also making the ridges it is important to note that the planting season has started with the start of rain. I am expecting the yam soon and I will start planting by weekend.
It is not easy for me to make the heaps by myself so that was the reason for employing the laborers. The maize I got is an hybrid one and it will use just 2 months to get to maturity. The labourer will also assist in planting the yam and maize. I don't have a land of my own presently to farm but I have people who have given me their land around to farm for some years. I like rearing of animals but my landlady has earned us not to engage in such, for now I do not have any livestock in my house. The best thing that could happen is to have one's house and have total control of the compound and do whatever he likes.
