Curious how many Exchanges HIVE is listed on? You may be surprised by the number...

HIVE is being listed on new exchanges almost every single day...

If you are looking to acquire some HIVE, there are many great options that already exist for you.

Below is a list of the known exchange listings that currently exist for the HIVE token:

  • Bittrex
  • Huobi Global
  • Binance
  • MXC
  • Probit
  • Ionomy
  • Blocktrades
  • SimpleSwap
  • WazirX
  • Gate.io
  • HBTC
  • HotBit
  • BiteEU
  • Boboo
  • Cryptex24

Some of which can be seen here:

https://coincodex.com/crypto/hive-token/exchanges/

That is at least 15 crypto exchanges available to users, which is a big win for HIVE as exchange listings and liquidity were some of the biggest fears when HIVE first forked from STEEM.

More listings than you thought?

Keep in mind that some of these are smaller exchanges that I am not overly familiar with. So, if you are going to use them make sure you do a few tests with small amounts before you jump right in with anything big, and as always don't store coins on exchanges if you don't have to.

Also keep in mind many of these exchanges are only available in certain jurisdictions, so you may have to do some trial and error to find out which ones specifically are available to you.

There are some on that list that do not require KYC, at least not explicitly (like SimpleSwap for example) , which may be attractive to some users on here.

The real game changer...

Being on all these exchanges are nice, but there are some very important differences with the majority of these exchange listings vs. the larger number of listings that say STEEM has currently...

And that has to do with the listing pairs.

The majority of HIVE listings have a USDT pair, which is going to be big for people looking to get money into the blogging aspect of HIVE or to power up their investment.

STEEM has tried to get more USDT listings for years now, mostly to no avail, while HIVE is getting them left and right.

But that's not the real game changer...

The biggest get in all of this is a USD pair on Bittrex.

This is the first time ever that STEEM or HIVE has ever had a USD pair in their over 4 year combined history.

If we truly are going to bring the normies in, a USD pair is likely going to play a big part in that.

In fact I would argue that was part of the reason that STEEM never reached escape veolictiy at the height of its popularity. Even the people that wanted to buy and participate in the platform had a very difficult time actually getting money in.

That is something that has to change in order to really see this thing flourish and reach its potential as crypto money sloshing around floating between different projects is not going to get the job done.

Anyways, let me know if I missed any exchange listings for HIVE in the comments section below.

Stay informed my friends.

We need to somehow figure out a way to get on coinbase.

I agree. A coinbase listing would be huge. A Coinbase listing and a Bitfinex listing would be music to my ears. Heck, maybe we can even get Upbit to rethink their non-listing of HIVE now that it is ranked so high on CMC. :)

Also there is $10K bounty for listing HIVE to coinbase too ;)

With more USDT/Hive pairs, only God can stop us from going to the moon. By the way, i find it quite difficult to even convert my btc to hive or steem but i can easily get a clear understanding in terms of profit in the USDT market. I think its a great win for us all

Yes, all of those USDT pairs are great, and the bittrex USD pair is awesome too.

Also, bittrex accepts debit/credit cards and deposits now, so potentially a great way to unboard people that are outside of crypto.

Instead of dealing with 10 exchanges, they can just use bittrex and buy Hive. This should be advertised somewhere, maybe on Hive.io or Hive.blog.

Yep I agree. Maybe there can be some deal that if users sign up for Bittrex by going through the HIVE posted link they can get free trading for a week or something. Perhaps we can get in touch with Bittrex for some kind of promotion in that regard...

Most of these exchanges are just April
any ideas about what May will bring to the table?
#hive timing is preponderant as how we levitate
in the crypto market in the favor of the community.

Hopefully more exchange listings! I do agree that now with all the publicity now is the time to strike in just about every way. HIVE may never get more free publicity than it is getting right now. It needs to be leveraged.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking... HIVE is roughly the same price on all of these exchanges. Bittrex, Binance, and Huobi are the most well known with the longest track records.

Thank you, I have no references and experience about other exchanges besides binance and bittrex. thanks for the instructions

It's not the number of exchanges that matters, it's the trading volume on each exchange and whether both deposits and withdrawals work as supposed.

That is partly true, but if you are in a country not supported by some of these larger exchanges, even having one smaller exchange that is supported in your jurisdiction is huge, even if the volume isn't huge.

As long as the price on that small exchange is not ridiculously unfavorable... I've seen small exchanges where shitcoins are sold at 1 ETH or good coins have buy orders at 1 satoshi or 0.00000002 LTC/ETH.

It is amazing to see how, in many ways, Hive outpaced Steem in just the first couple months. This is something that we need to keep in mind. Hive is around only for 6 weeks.

Imagine what we can do in 12 weeks.

That is the hope for sure. I'd love to snag a Coinbase listing... the seemingly unattainable for ol STEEM.

the resonance that HIVE has obtained due to Justin Sun's hostile takeover, has created a marketing campaign without costs and thanks to the huge volumes of exchanges, HIVE was among the top cryptocurrencies for the amount of exchanges.

Many exchanges have well understood the many money they were losing because they had no HIVE in their exchanges, and they preferred to proceed urgently.

Now that the amount of trades has waned, HIVE has gained presence on numerous trades at no cost. Excellent

It is great to see 15 exchanges . It means we can see another pump like the previous one very soon.
If not that much but maybe half of that.
Thanks for info.

HBD:USD is the one we need.

Yep, I agree. That would be a very good get for the HIVE ecosystem. Perhaps Bittrex would be open to it as well... Any idea who was the point of contact for getting HIVE the listings on Bittrex in the first place?

Yeah, the fact that we got that USD-Hive trading pair on Bittrex is HUGE! Given the widespread distribution we are already getting here, I'd have to say the next big fish we need to try to land is a Coinbase listing... not only because, well, it's Coinbase, but to my knowledge, Coinbase is the only exchange that allows PayPal as a payment gateway and massive numbers of "independent minded" people use PayPal.

Yep, I completely agree. That would be a big win for HIVE. Not sure how to make it happen... I have reached out to them regarding STEEM numerous times to no avail. I'm about to get started with HIVE now though.

But sometimes blocktrades's liquidity for USDT is lacking.
