Cold walk with my treasures
I decided to take pictures of some of my treasures outside but I couldn’t stay long without walking due to the windy cold weather. According to my original plan, I would have put temporary mandalas out of stones, crystals, small sticks, pinecones, seeds and then collected them after photography. However, my hand was so numb that I could hardly use the buttons on the camera as well.
That’s all I managed to do, with one of my favorite rattles, stones, ceramic balls and a magic wand.
But because of the beautiful blue of the lake, it was worth going out. I last saw such magical shades of blue in the summer of 2019 in Greece.
The ducks gathered in the frozen part of the lake. I have always admired them for not getting cold on their feet.
The thin layer of snow that had fallen two days ago on the ice could not melt even in the sunshine.
There is a sharp boundary line between the ice-covered and the free water surface.
Ice in turquoise.
There are such dilapidated log benches around the lake.
Fishing piers - some of them are in pretty bad condition.
These pigeons were so fearless that I could approach them half a meter away. They only flew away when a couple overtook me.

Beautiful pictures. I got a wand like that too, just love the insect trails :)
