Espero se encuentren genial y hayan tenido un día excelente, como les había contado anteriormente estoy comenzando a cuidar un poco mas de mi salud ya que he subido de peso, así que hice un pequeño acuerdo conmigo misma y he comenzado a adaptar nuevos hábitos saludables en mi día a día, es por ello que hoy quiero mostrarle una rica y saludable receta de una ensalada de aguacate, tomate, pepino y lechuga una rica combinación para un almuerzo espectacular, espero de todo corazón les guste tanto como a mí, acompáñeme a ver toda esta preparación

Preparación
Primero lave muy bien mis manos y cada uno de los ingredientes para luego comenzar a picar la legumbre comenzando por el tomate y seguidamente el pepito, lechuga colocándola en diferentes platos
Preparation
First wash my hands very well and each of the ingredients and then start chopping the vegetables starting with the tomato and then the cucumber, lettuce placing it in different plates.
Seguidamente pique el aguacate por la mitad para utilizar una sola de sus partes para picar en cuadritos no tan grande, al tener todos los ingredientes picados procedí a colocarlo en un envase donde mezclaría todos los ingredientes agregándole sal y un poco de aceite de oliva
Then I chopped the avocado in half to use only one of its parts to chop into small squares not so big, when I had all the ingredients chopped I proceeded to place it in a container where I would mix all the ingredients adding salt and a little olive oil.
