Para poder realizar esta rica comida tenemos que tener estos siguientes ingredientes que les mostraré a continuación.

En este primer paso: tomaremos la harina y la echaremos en un envase luego con otro envase le echaremos el agua y comenzaremos amasar y una vez amasada. Comenzaremos hacer nuestros bollos y pondremos una Hoya y le echaremos agua y luego dejamos hervir

En este segundo paso: tomaremos el cuchillo y pelaremos las papas una vez pelada la picaremos en rodajas y luego en tirita y una vez picada tomaremos y echaremos un punto de sal y un poquito de harina de trigo para que queden más crujientes a la hora de freír

En este tercer paso: tomaremos un salten pequeño y con un envase le echaremos un poquito de agua y colocaremos nuestros chorizo amigos no es preciso echarle aceite ellos se fritan por si solo, luego en otro salten colocaremos también aceite y dejamos que caliente bien y ponemos nuestras papas a freír y una vez todo listo a continuación les mostraré como quedo y lo acompañaremos con salsa de tomate y mayonesa.
