Healthy Fitness Meals | Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken fillet

Ingredients for Broccoli Stuffed Chicken fillet:
2-4chicken breasts or fillets
1-2cups broccoli
1/2 cup bell pepper minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon black pepper / salt/ garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese or Any type of processed cheese
cream cheese softened

How to prepare Broccoli Stuffed Chicken fillet
In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, bell peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.
You can pre-cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes and then add it to the ingredients
I used it completely raw.
Cut the chicken fillet or breast horizontally so that the ingredients can be stuffed inside. Be careful not to cut both sides of the chicken completely.
Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt and white and black pepper.
Then put the mixture inside the chicken fillet.
If necessary, you can fasten it with a toothpick.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and after the oil heats up, add the chicken breast and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
You can also cook the chicken in the oven
If using an oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the chicken in the oven tray and cover the tray with aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
