"Don Quixote de la Mancha" did not fit the usual standards of a knight, he was thin and without much strength, he did not have a strong horse to lean on nor a team of honorable knights . Although in his mind he was the strongest and bravest knight there could be, his horse Rocinante was the strongest and Sancho the best companion there could be. And that is what I have tried to represent in my drawing, where you see reality as opposed to the reflection of what Don Quixote sees.

Del genero épico les presento a Don Quijote. Como sabréis el Quijote es un hombre aventurero llamado Alonso Quixano que lee tantos romances caballerescos que pierde la cordura y decide ponerse en marcha para reavivar la caballería, deshacer los males y hacer justicia al mundo, bajo el nombre de "Don Quijote de la Mancha".

"Don Quijote de la Mancha" no encajaba en los estándares habituales de un caballero, era flaco y sin mucha fuerza, no tenía un caballo fuerte en el que apoyarse ni un equipo de caballeros honorables . Aunque en su mente era el más fuerte y el más valiente caballero que pudiera haber, su caballo Rocinante era el más fuerte y Sancho el mejor compañero que pudiera haber. Y eso es lo que he tratado de representar en mi dibujo, donde se ve la realidad frente al reflejo de lo que ve el Quijote.
