Dibujando al Sargento Vince Tompson / Drawing Sergeant Vince Tompson

Buen día mi gente de hive espero estén teniendo un gran día, en este post les mostrare el dibujo de un personaje que invente y se trata de un sargento que se encuentra en el desierto del Sahara, soy aficionado a las películas y series de acción de este tipo de temáticas de equipos tácticos y de incursiones militares en cualquier país y por eso me anime a realizar este dibujo. Se trata del Sargento primero Vince Tompson un efectivo militar el cual se encuentra completando una misión en Egipto, y en el dibujo se aprecia al sargento caminando por las dunas del desierto tratando de reencontrarse con sus compañeros de equipo de los cuales se separo en una emboscada sufrida en días anteriores.

Good morning my people of hive I hope you are having a great day, in this post I will show you the drawing of a character that I invented and it's about a sergeant that is in the Sahara desert, I am a fan of movies and action series of this kind of tactical teams and military incursions in any country and that's why I encouraged myself to make this drawing. It's about First Sergeant Vince Tompson, an effective soldier who is completing a mission in Egypt, and in the drawing you can see the sergeant walking through the dunes of the desert trying to find his teammates from which he was separated in an ambush suffered in previous days.

BOCETO / SKETCH

COLOR / COLOUR

Para los colores utilice tonos característicos de la indumentaria militar, color verde oscuro para la camiseta del sargento, chaleco táctico con color parecido al de las arenas del desierto, y para la piel use un tono un tanto bronceado pues el sargento lleva día bajo el sol inclemente.

For the colours use characteristic shades of military clothing, dark green for the sergeant's shirt, tactical vest with a colour similar to that of the desert sands, and for the skin use a somewhat tanned tone as the sergeant has been in the inclement sun for a day.

SOMBRAS / SHADES

Fui aplicando sombras en las partes bajas del personaje, tomando como referencia que el sol se encontraba en la parte superior y de frente al sargento.

I applied shadows on the lower parts of the character, taking as a reference that the sun was at the top and facing the sergeant.

FONDO / BACKGROUND

Para el fondo aplique una capa de color azul cielo total y sobre ella cree otra capa en color marrón arenoso pero solo hasta la mitad para que compaginara con el cielo azul:

For the background apply a layer of full sky blue and over it create another layer in sandy brown but only halfway up to match the blue sky:

Luego hice algunas nubes con el pincel aerógrafo y con el pincel dedo difumine un poco las nubes, además agregue sombras a las dunas del fondo.

Then I made some clouds with the airbrush and with the finger brush I blurred the clouds a little, also I added shadows to the dunes in the background.

DETALLES / DETAILS

Como detalles finales primero con pincel aerógrafo hice unas nubes de polvo de la arena frente al sargento y también con el mismo pincel pero con un tono blanco hice el humo del puro que estaba fumando.

As final details first with an airbrush I made some clouds of dust from the sand in front of the sergeant and also with the same brush but with a white tone I made the smoke of the cigar I was smoking.
