Don't Stop Me Now, MOM, I'm Painting | Paint of Freddy Mercury's Statue
Hello, Hivers.
Today I'm going to share with you a paiting I made. I spent all day making it, and I'm very happy with the result.
This is the original photo. This is Freddy Mercury's statue at Geneva Lake, Switzerland.
Those are the materials I used. I did not actually used butter 🤣 (the Mavesa container was empty; i had water in it to wash my brushes)
I dropped some paint on the piece of wood I used as a canvas, then I spreded them with a ruler, and after that I blended it with my brush.
I began with the mountains, the sunset and the clouds.
Then I made the sketch of Freddy's body, and I painted it.
To finish I gave some more light to the sunset and to the lake, took off the tape around the border and signed it.
I promise myself that when "Don't Stop me now" sounded in my playlist it meant the painting was done, and It was! It sounded and It was ready, so, I stand to dance and sing this song that is my favorite.
