MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 taza de azúcar/ 1 cup sugar
• 1 huevo/ 1 egg
• 3 cdas de maicena/ 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 5 cdas de mantequilla/ 5 tablespoons butter
• 2 cdas de cacao en polvo/ 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• Vainilla/ Vanilla

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, iremos mezclando en un bowl la mantequilla con el azúcar integrándolos bien.

Seguimos con el huevo.

Le daremos sabor a la masa con unas gotas de vainilla y dándole color también unas cdas de cacao en polvo.

Haremos la masa, donde iremos agregándole las cdas de maicena con la harina de trigo e ir formando una masa mientras mezclamos.

Teniendo la masa, la dejamos fermentando en la nevera por unos 20-25 minutos aproximadamente.
Ya lista la masa iremos sacando porciones de masa y le daremos formas de galletas circulares cada una.

Para terminar, cada galleta la pondremos en una bandeja de preferencia cubierta de mantequilla con harina de trigo para que no se peguen al sacarla.
Metemos al horno 180° por 15-20 minutos.
