A residential area originally built after WW II but that has since had newer houses built.

The bridge ahead is new. It was built over where the new bypass road will go once it's completeled.
I like the reflection of the sky from the glass wall.
This is what was left of the freshly baked bread and pastries on Saturday evening. They are always donated to a local soup kitchen for the long-term unemployed and pensioners with small pensions etc.
It's still summer but it is drawing to a close in a couple of weeks unless something weird happens, which is a possibility that can't be discounted in light of all the weather anomalies of recent years.

The sky was still bright while it was getting darker. Autumn equinox is only a couple of weeks from now. The length of day is considerably shorter than it was two and a half months ago.
Looked overbaked but still tasted good.
