LOVE AFFAIRS: this feeling called crush.. episode 2

At night I thought over what calister told me, it keeps on ringing in my heart, that I couldn't sleep at y night and I got to believe what she told me about this Feeling called crush.

The next day, I decided to put on my best dressing, with my hair open just to impress him, I went to the bus stop very early that day, but it took him too late to arrive, when he saw me, he smiled at me and said "you are beautiful".

I was so overwhelmed with joy, because this is the first time he will be the one that talks to me first this time around, and I was already blushing. It seems I was on cloud nine.

Unfortunately that day, rain fell and all my dress was soaked with water, all the road was full of puddles, and the van was moving inside the puddles, unfortunately, there was a school bus that splash water on me and my whole dress turned black, " oh! What a fuck, my whole dress is messed up" I said to myself, whom I wanted to impress, later turned out to have Pity on me, I have to rush back home to change to my dress, and I said to my self " I won't impress him with anything again, I will impress him by being me"

The next day, calister called me and ask me how far I've gone with him, I Said " I don't want to tell him anything now, I want to wait till the right time, and moreover, I don't even know where to start"

"When is the right time, you just have to grab your opportunity, Don't let it pass you by, just grab it" Cynthia scolded me

" Calister I'm confuse"

"Oh! Will you keep quiet, you're just a timid girl, gone are the days when men propose to a lady, if you want something go for it" she said

I'm now in confusing, I don't know what to do, I thought of how to approach him, it was such a difficult task ahead.

The next day, I come with a plan to make him my friend, and it's worked out, we started chatting, it was through our chat that I got to know his name was Kelvin, he found passion as an entertainment artist, and we started chatting about many things, the numbness in me decrease, but the feelings I have for him increase. It was just like a dream, but it was far away from dreaming.

I decided to go for plan-B, which is (go for it), I went to the bus stop to wait for me, I waited for some minutes before I Saw him afar, but this time around, he wasn't alone, he was with another guy, then gradually they came closer till they get to me he said hi to me and I called him

"Kelvin....." He interrupted me,

I was overwhelmed with joy when he said that, but unfortunately what he told me was different from what I was expecting.

" Mary I'm sorry for not telling you all this, I'm sorry for my impoliteness, meet my fiancé Raphael, and Raphael meet my friend, Mary"

"So kelvin is a gay," I said within myself, I was dumbfounded, my whole life seems as if it's crushing, I don't even know whether to start crying or to laugh, everything seems like a movie to me, I was down and blue, I could not stand on my feet very well, I just have to lean on something.

For almost a year, I was not myself, but I just have to let go and forget, I realized that he doesn't like girls but guys and I can't force myself on him to love me.

But we never stop talking to each other, we are just best buddies ever, we do go around and have fun, but the sweetest thing in our friendship is that he realized the feelings I have towards him, and whenever we talk about it, we always laugh over it and guess what? It is called having fun and moving on with life.

He will be my dream guy until I meet my true love.
