[ESP | ENG] Conociendo el museo Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho | Visiting the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho museum
Español | English
Hello community💕 I hope you are doing well. Since a week ago I am in a beautiful state of Venezuela, which is full of many beautiful beaches and yesterday I went to visit a museum in the company of my boyfriend. The great Mariscal de Ayacucho, was founded in 1974, its name is in commemoration of the battle of Ayacucho. Basically this museum denotes the enormous admiration for the great Marshal of America; Antonio José de Sucre. I love the infrastructure since they still preserve the style of colonial times.
Here you can admire various pictures and paintings made to mark the most important and sublime moments of Antonio José de Sucre. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to take pictures in specific areas. In addition, there is an exhibit of his and his family's belongings, as well as an exact replica of the Liberator's sword, Simón Bolívar. It is interesting to observe some documents made by Sucre.
I liked this museum because it shows many works made by artists from the state of Sucre and it is very nice that the talent is exhibited in this way and every visitor who arrives can appreciate them. It is worth mentioning that this museum has a guide who explains step by step what can be seen there. Although it is a small museum, it has a great part of what Antonio José de Sucre was.
