@manu-gp. En la cual nos permite platicar acerca de esos productos y tratamientos que utilizamos para cuidar nuestra piel, uñas y cabello. En este caso les vengo a detallar mis cuidados del cabello, los productos y tratamiento que utilizo.A mis 17 años me decolore el cabello por primera vez y de allí no he parado jaja. Así que he aprendido algunos trucos para mantenerlo sano y manejable. En la parte de abajo les dejare el enlace de la iniciativa.

In which allows us to talk about those products and treatments that we use to take care of our skin, nails and hair. In this case I come to detail my hair care, the products and treatments I use.when I was 17 years old I bleached my hair for the first time and from there I haven't stopped haha. Hablemos de la solución fisiológica y sus beneficios para el cabello.
Let's talk about the physiological solution and its benefits for hair.
Mi cabello aparte de estar decolorado, siempre ha sido rebelde, áspero y lleno de mucho frizz. Algo con lo que he luchado siempre pero uno de mis errores era que utilizaba champú con sal y eso no me ayudaba en lo absoluto. La solución fisiológica ha sido uno de los tratamiento que me ha ayudo con el frizz, la sequedad y las puntas abiertas. ¿Por que? En algún momento de nuestra vida cuando el cabello se ve opaco, con frizz y en ocasiones con puntas abiertas, se debe a que su pH esta desbalanceado y el pH de este suero es similar al de la hebra, la cual permite que lo absorba perfectamente dándole la nutrición que tanto necesita. ¿Como aplicarlo? En mi caso lo aplico antes de lavarme el cabello, utilizando 10 gotas de solución y baño de crema. Esta mascarilla la dejo actuar por 40 minutos.La solución fisiológica o suero fisiológico lo pueden encontrar en farmacias y tiene un valor aproximado de 2$.
My hair, besides being bleached, has always been unruly, rough and full of frizz. Something I have always struggled with but one of my mistakes was that I used shampoo with salt and that didn't help me at all. The physiological solution has been one of the treatments that has helped me with frizz, dryness and split ends. Why? At some point in our lives when our hair looks dull, frizzy and sometimes with split ends, it is because its pH is unbalanced and the pH of this serum is similar to that of the strand, which allows it to absorb it perfectly giving it the nourishment it needs. How to apply it? In my case I apply it before washing my hair, using 10 drops of solution and a cream bath. I leave this mask on for 40 minutes and the physiological solution or saline solution can be found in pharmacies and costs about $2.00.

El segundo paso que hago después de aplicar la mascarilla, es lavar mi cabello, el cual aplico un champú sin sal el cual recomiendo muchísimo, de la marca BACC. Anteriormente cuando lavaba mi cabello con otro tipo de champú, al pasar los minutos mi cabello se esponjaba pero ahora no. Como baño de crema utilizo unos sobres que se llaman Nutribela, esto los recomiendo mas que todo a las personas que tienen el cabello muy maltratado o decolorado ya que contienen mucha silicona. El champú tienen un valor de 6$ y los sobres 2 por 1$.
The second step I do after applying the mask, is to wash my hair, which I apply a salt-free shampoo which I highly recommend, from the brand BACC. Previously when I washed my hair with another type of shampoo, after a few minutes my hair would get fluffy but not now. As a cream bath I use some sachets called Nutribela, which I recommend them mostly to people who have very damaged or bleached hair because they contain a lot of silicone. The shampoo costs 6$ and 2 sachets for 1$.

Mi ritual después de lavarme el pelo, es aplicar agua de rosas, de medios a puntas, aporta hidratación y brillo. Por otro lado, si se coloca en el cuero cabelludo estimula el cabello para evitar el exceso de grasa y además permite que crezca más sano.
My ritual after washing my hair, is to apply rose water, from the middle to the ends, it provides hydration and shine. On the other hand, if it is placed on the scalp it stimulates the hair to avoid excess oil and also allows it to grow healthier.
Luego aplico protector térmico.
Then I apply heat protectant.
Finalmente aplico aceite de argán en las puntas.
Finally I apply argan oil on the ends.

La primera recomendación nunca la había escuchado, pero siento que puede ser buena para mi cabello. Por otra parte, Nutrivela realmente es muy buena, lo deja super sedoso!
Si amiga. Realmente la nutribela es muy buena para el cabello. Desde que la utilizo he visto buenos resultados.
