In case you purchased a scuba fabric and yet to know what to make of it, here is a lovely style you might want to try.
A gathered top with a flair sleeve,
A thick fabric like scuba give this bouncy effect of th elegant top that was designed at my fashion school

Although extra care must ve taken when sewing this fabric because any loosened error from stitching gives the dress punching effect on the surface which is usually not nice to see.
