FITNESS2020 CHALLENGE /RAMADAN UPDATE

avatar

It's two days that I never had my #fitness2020 updated due to my busiest day. I recorded it but I never had a chance in posting. I felt too sleepy and forgot the world when I was already in my bed.

I had experienced disturbing sleep lately. My work during Ramadan falls most of the time at night. My problem is that when I saw the light outside, I could not sleep, even though how still sleepy I am.

Yesterday, I got four hours of sleep only. I went to the playground and feed my cats and play. At the same time, I performed my workout.

Too hot even in the early morning but I enjoyed my moment with my pets.

We were both testing our strength. Oops! I didn't believe cats have strength against me.

It's better to perform work out to an open-air direct to the morning sunlight. It gives us Vit D which is good for our bones.

Whitey didn't have surrender and kept on playing me.inbound5161438128405077042.jpg

Kept on moving for 20minutes enough for my fitness challenge.

Later on Whitey felt tired and lying on the ground.

I let Whitey relax and gave them water and food before I went inside.

He was so thirsty and sipped a lot and I looked he was so satisfied.

After my playing time, I was so wet, sweating a lot. The workout is needed to eliminate toxins from my body. That is why I continue my fitness2020 challenge by @davidke20.

After that, I started doing my job inside the house and get started preparing food for our breakfast after the sunrise.

Ramadan update

Perhaps tomorrow will be the last day of our fast. It will be depending on the first crescent of the moon. At night tomorrow, when the people see the moon, the following day will be the first day of the new month. There is no specific number of days in the Hijrah calendar. It refers to the crescent of the moon.

This is our cute Ramadan lantern which is lighted during their breakfast on the table.

**My boss bought a light decorated on the wall. It means Eid Al Fitr is near. This Eid Al Fitr, is the happiest feast of the Muslims. But today Ramadan 2020 is something different and coronavirus19 becomes a hinder to the celebration. Starting tomorrow, May 23, 2020, up to May 28, 2020, people are barred from going outside their homes. The government implemented and made the early announcement last week that there will be a 24 hours curfew as part of the lockdown. So we have to respect the law and it is not for the King of Saudi Arabia but for the safety of all nationals and ex-pats.

For me, there's no reason to complain and we should be happy since we are safe and never infected by the virus.

That's all story for today and here is my #fitness2020 workout.

I thank the Lord God for giving me a whole month's strength and sustenance. He nourished me with full of love and blessing.

Anyway, this post also was supposed to be my #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay and #makemeSmile by @elizacheng but I never posted it yesterday morning. Wednesday walk is my favorite weekly challenge by @tattoodjay and makes me smile by @elizacheng.

Thank you for dropping by.

Have a nice day! The time now here is 9:17 in the morning and I need to sleep a little bit before I continue my work.

God bless, stay home, stay safe!
