Every time we look for a change in our lives two very strong and opposing sensations come to our minds.

Cada vez que buscamos un cambio en nuestras vidas se vienen a nuestras mentes dos sensaciones muy fuertes y contrapuestas.

On the one hand, we are faced with the excitement related to this new path we are beginning to travel and the new opportunities that are presented to us. These sensations help and stimulate us to stay active and energetic in search of our new direction

Por un lado nos encontramos ante la excitación relacionada con este nuevo camino que comenzamos a transitar y las nuevas oportunidades que se nos presentan. Estas sensaciones nos ayudan y estimulan a mantenernos activos y enérgicos en busca de nuestro nuevo rumbo

On the other hand we can also feel a great uncertainty associated with the unknown, to start something that we are not sure how it will work. This generates a certain uneasiness and if you like even a certain fear of failure.

Por otro lado también podemos sentir una gran incertidumbre asociada a lo desconocido, a comenzar algo que no tenemos la certeza como va a funcionar. Esto nos genera cierto malestar y si se quiere hasta cierto temor al fracaso.

Sometimes when things don't turn out as we had thought from the beginning we can come to question whether it was right to leave the place where we were so comfortable. In those moments when we start to weaken and our self-esteem is low, we wonder if what we left behind was as bad as we felt.

En ocasiones cuando las cosas no sale como lo habíamos pensado desde el inicio podemos llegar a replantearnos si fue acertado salir del lugar en que estábamos tan cómodos. En esos momentos en que se comienza flaquear y la autoestima baja nos planteamos si aquello que hemos dejado era tan malo como lo sentíamos.

This is like when our rent contract expires and we have to go out and look for a new house, which generates a great deal of stress, but in the end you always end up getting a new home.

Esto es como cuando se nos vence el contrato de alquiler y debemos salir a buscar una nueva casa, lo cual genera en una gran carga de estress, pero al fin y al cabo siempre se termina consiguiendo un nuevo hogar.

I have started my career towards what I think will be a better future for me and my family. I have left behind the stage of uncertainty, the decision is made and I am already visualizing the fork in the road.

We will see what my path holds, which is what awaits me around the corner. I am convinced that everything that awaits me ahead is very good; I am making an effort to make it happen.
