What an horrible night

What an horrible night for me,I spent my night in pains,and so I woke up on the horrible side of the bed feeling so tired and weak.

I wasn't able to sleep well last night , basically for the past few days I have been feeling a strange pain in my stomach which I thought it has a result of the sugary things I take,but yesterday's night case was different,it was as if there was an insect biting the walls of my stomach ,so I couldn't sleep I was just moaning in pains.

Now am starting to think I have ulcer and I have to visit the hospital as soon as possible,to find what is really happening to me, before it turns out to be another thing or before it's gets worse or critical.
