Creating Good Memories at Delod Brawah Beach

Hello, everyone I'd like to share my visit to Delod Brawah Beach.

When I was a kid, it's not easy to go to Delodbrawah was really something special for me as a kid. My parents did not take me for holidays because we could not afford travel much. So, going to Delodbrawah Beach was something really special for me as a kid.

I am doing that now to my kids. I bring them to many beautiful places so they could have great memories that they could think back. I was also inspired by one @jeronimo when he talked about his effort of creating great moments for his kids and family in one of his video.

What you see first when you enter Delodbrawh village is a strange looking gate at the road. Each of the gate look like an ivory. And in the middle of the road, at a far distance, you could see a statue.

Getting closer to the statue, I could see it's a statue of a mermaid inside a circle. I don't think there is a special reason why there was a mermaid statue there. It was just added recently. When I was a kid, I did not see this statue here.

I saw some kids resting around the statues, probably tired because they have been cycling. Some people sat on bench looking at the beach. Yup, I have arrived on the beach of Delodbrawah.

The tiles on the roof of small buiding were flown by wind. The root of the trees were seen above ground since the soil was washed away during high tide.

I walked to this beach after so many years I hadn't been here. And like Pengambengan Beach I visited few days earlier, I remember nothing of the beach. I did remember the black sand and how hot it was in the sun during midday.

The wind blew quite strongly on the beach. The sky was grey as there was a lot of black clouds. It was not a bright day at all.

It still did not stop people to enjoy their time in the beach. I saw some people played on the water. There were also two pregnant ladies who sat on the black sand.

The waves were beautiful.

Looking at east direction, I could see the peak of Mount Agung (the highest mount in Bali) in the middle of clouds.

There were few interesting places to visit around the beach, such as the water park and the swimming pool, but those have been closed since the covid-19.
