#WednesdayWalk is a challenge started by @tattoodjay, The idea is to get out for a short walk, and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start.

Some sculptures that caught my eyes while I was having a wander around the Gardens By the Bay.

A stone sculpture of the ‘Smiling Buddha’.

These, ‘Ants on Trees’, stainless steel sculptures were commissioned by the Gardens by the Bay. They look very realistic. They remind me of the robotic insects in the sci-fi movies.

“An old weathered wood piece, depicting its characteristic dark and light colours, has been artistically brought to life with its transformation into a larger than life Zhuge Liang sculpture. This sculpture depicts Zhuge Liang as the great strategist in the legendary story where he “raised the eastern wind’ to defeat the enemy ships of General Cao Cao at the famous ‘Battle of Red Cliffs’. Here, with artistic use of the natural cavities, he is in the often-depicted pose wearing a robe and holding a fan made of crane feathers.” - Gardens by the Bay

I can't make out who this is, and I didn't another sign near it. Probably a sage, guru, or a legendary folklore hero from days gone by.
