Picking Our Cherry Coffee

(Edited)

Picking ripe the coffee fruits is not easy though. It’s a hard thing to do. I did it myself to pick some red cherry. You know, it’s so exhausted. Lol

You could watch it here how I picked up the red cherry coffee in our farm.

That’s why, the coffee is so expensive. Since we have to pick the cherry by hands. We’re picking and collecting coffee fruit one by one.

You could imagine, how long a process of the coffee to become coffee drink at coffee shops in towns and cities. After picking the cherry, we did hulling them, rinse them, drying them, then we roasted the beans.

So, enjoying a cup of coffee is worth everything. We have been supporting the chain of coffee process: from grower, processor, trader, and finally the coffee shop.
