Roasting Coffee: Robusta Gayo Sumatra

I’m roasting coffee Robusta today. Robusta is a variety of coffee which has double caffein than Arabica. I roasted the Robusta Coffee using Toper Roaster Machine.

Let’s see Robusta green beans. They are smaller than Arabica.

The beans are ready to roast. I roasted them 3 kgs in on section.

Usually we roast dark the robusta. Here they are.
