If you are pushing yourself too hard!! | Stress-Anxiety-Life!

There is no way to deny that sometimes we push ourselves way too hard to bring our goals in reality. For a while, it may feel good but at some point, you may start to realize that you are missing something in your life. Or maybe you will never realize this but you will notice stress in your life.

You may not be going to agree with me on this because we all have a different understanding of life, but there are many research findings showing that Self-induced Stress is one of the main reasons for anxiety and depression in our life. I'm not saying we have to step out of competitions, we don't have to achieve anything in our life or we need to feel nothing. But when you push too hard, there is a high chance that you will miss the living part of life.

Why I am saying this because I am the one who got this understanding very lately. I wish I could understand it better in my early days!

I was always an "A" grade student. I never failed, I was an achiever throughout my whole life. But lately, I understand that I am pushing myself too hard to achieve my dreams and my dreams are still unachievable. And in this meantime, I missed many more things in life. I missed enjoying my life, I missed many little moments in my life. And I wish I could go back and enjoy those moments a little bit. But that's not possible.

I can remember during my early career life how I used to push myself to achieve more. I enrolled myself in so many different training programs, so many different certified courses. I do have achieved a lot, I have a bunch of certificates in my list. But the kind of achievement was not giving me any peace. I'm not sure how people handle this. But when I started to learn more about Self-induced stress, I find that I am going in the right way to not push myself too hard.

If you ask me how we can step back from this? I would say, the first thing I realized this when I became a mom that I need to stop, I need to take a rest and I need to realine my life. And this was the best decision I made, I believe, because otherwise, I may not reevaluate my life.

Allow yourself to reflect, what you are pursuing. Reassessing and realigning life can be a great help for anyone who's thinking to bring more peace of mind.

If you are putting self-care on hold, if you are only focusing on what you have not achieved yet, if you continuously compare yourself with others achievements, if you feel truly busy in mind, and if you feel stress for your own to-do lists; then I would suggest you to take a break. Take a pause and re-evaluate yourself. Maybe you are inducing your own stress level. Maybe you need to take a break, maybe you need to allow yourself to not push yourself too hard.

Life is not a competition for me, you know. You may gonna disagree with me because as I was saying, we all have a different understanding of life. But what I am saying is no matter what you do, no matter what you believe and no matter how your lifestyle is you always can really rethink and realign your life to bring peace of mind and to enjoy and live this present moment!
