Is this okay? || Steem-Hive thoughts!

We are supporting Hive but we are still in Steem. Not only Steem users, different whale accounts, but dapps and communities are also still supporting posts. I'm not here to judge if it's good or bad. I knew that Steem will not be dead overnight. And, it looks like many people still didn't leave Steem. yeah, I'm also in the same boat.

question-1301144_1920.png

But...

Somehow it doesn't seem right? Or I should think it's okay to be on both platforms as others are also doing the same. Maybe it's up to us what we what from Steem, how to we want to move on.

Moreover, I'm seeing many users are posting the same content separately on both platforms. Is this spamming, is this okay? Or there should be some rule what we do and can't do?

Yeah I know, everything can't run by the rules. But I'm pretty confused about my role!

I finally came up with an idea to use one of my older accounts to use Hive. I really really don't want to use this user name in Hive. It sounds really wired and not right. So, till then I'm using this profile to use Steem. And, maybe I will not leave Steem.

I can understand why others are not leaving Steem. People put a huge amount of time, effort or even money to build their account and it's not easy to leave it all at once. Most of the people support community power- Hive. But I'm seeing al the popular faces in Steem. So...it's will take more time to come to a conclusion. or maybe there's no need to make a conclusion. leave it to the user, where they want to post, how they want to use their SP, what interests them.

So, after all of this, after observing what is happening in both platforms. What do you think, is this okay or not?

THANKS FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT!

Much Love

I basically cross post my content on steem. Little or not interact there. My investment is here. I'm basically trying to make some gains before the price tanks--if it does.

You are not alone. This post is also a cross-post of Steemit. Basically, we are not leaving Steem because of the reward pool. But we do believe Hive.
Well, somehow it's not creating a good vibe, though I'm also in the same bucket. And, I'm still confused about what my right track would be.
BTW, how's your day going? I have seen you were into some government job maybe? Everything is fine, I hope.

Well, even if you chose to leave Steem, there are still 13 weeks to power down, so people will be there. Also, remember that a lot of people are not even aware what is going on. For them, they just post and go. They don't understand all this Justin Sun and Hive business.

That's the truth. And, another thing is, I have found many don't leave Steem because of the reward pool. I understand it's a personal choice.
Time will tell what gonna survive!

I am done with Steemit, but I respect the choices that my friends make.
It hurts me that some didn't cross over (yet) because of some
Coding stupidity, that I'm told will be corrected, but in
The meantime it appears the ones I am thinking of
Specifically have left both platforms.
(@thebigsweed and @farm-mom)

I REALLY hate that. I'm glad you
Are still here @rem-steem
But if I were you, I
Wouldn't "Fence
Sit"
for much
Longer

I'm still very confused about where I should be. And I will definitely make a choice soon.
I know @farm-mom. It's really sad that she left us. And, maybe there are many. I can't take this much confusion. Moreover, people who are posting the same content on both platforms and are on both platforms are not giving me good vibes.
Let's see what happens!

That should not happen, double dipping as it were.
Do you know that they've left for sure? Bob and Robin that is?
If so, I'll take my funds back. They aren't using that little
Bit of Hive I sent to @thebigsweed, nor the HP Delegation,
So if they aren't, I can most definitely use it.
Hang in there @rem-steem.

Hey @jerrysuseer @farm-mom and @thebigsweed somehow got screwed out of the airdrop. We were away and not paying too much attention on what was happening, reacted to a blog and voted for witnesses that were on jsuns team. I am old, what can I say?

I knew or had heard at least that this had happened Robin, and I was so
Very sorry, 'cause you two are some of my favorite people. This is
Why I sent the first bit of HIVE to @thebigsweed's account
Then a yesterday, I delegated 200 HP to him, in an
Effort to give you two an incentive to come on
Back in the water to play with us, until we
Can all stand up and get this appealed,
I checked his Hive Wallet and it
Is all showing there. I
Hope it helps. I am
Also very glad to
Hear from you.
Thank you
@farm-mom

Hey there @ rem-steem I am so confused by all this, I am not sure or how of what to do. I thought I had voted for all the right witnesses then hive blocked me and @thebigsweed out of the airdrop cos of socks something I don't know, we were away and weren't paying attention.
We are both so down b/c of this coronavirus and worry about our children, none of this seems worth the learning curve. But I have enjoyed this fun community.

I owe so much to Steemit, basically, I have supported my little son thanks to what I have generated there, it is not easy for me to get rid of what for a long time was and still consider to be a home, where I met wonderful people, and the I really doubt that I can abandon it, at the moment I publish in a different language on both platforms, in this way I think I am not abusing!

I can understand you, my friend. I also didn't leave Steem and never had the intention. But seeing the same content on both platforms (I also posted this one in Steemit) doesn't seem ethical. Maybe I will shift myself from this soon.
I guess if you choose different language, maybe it sounds good than posting just the same without any effort to both platforms.

Lets's see what others are doing, what goes on and what we choose to do.
