When you go to the guy, you do workout regularly. For some reason, you do not go to the gym. You think you will do the workout at home. But at the end of the day, you get nothing done at home. You just think you need to do some exercise. Maybe you think you get lazy. Or, you are not motivated enough to start doing exercise again at home.

When you are on a routine, you usually do it anyway. It can be going to the gym, going to play sports, or going to practice martial arts. All are the same.

So how can you break this pattern and do exercise at home?

You want to do exercise, you are welcome. So what time of the day are you going to do exercise? And where will you do exercise? You need to fix the time and place. You do not need to think where you need to be and when you have to do exercise. When it's time, you will be there and start doing exercise.

You get bored doing exercise alone. Who told you to do exercise alone anyway? You can do exercise with your girlfriend/boyfriend, husband/wife, or friends. It will be more fun when you do the workout with them. You will enjoy the whole time.

Maybe you are doing the same exercise every day. Make some changes and bring some variations. You can start doing some basic exercises for the whole body. It will make you ready to do more exercise later. You can do yoga. It is different. I'm sure you will find it different. You are used to doing exercise fast. When you do yoga, you do it slowly. You can do meditation if you want.

It is very important to be consistent when you do exercise. If you do exercise for a long time one day and then you do not do anything for the whole week, that's not good. You will not get good results. You can make a routine like doing exercise 3 days a week or 5 days a week.

You will feel great when you start doing exercise. Keep track of your progress. You can see the difference on your own. It will motivate you to push yourself further. And you will achieve your fitness goals.
