Aligning With Times And Seasons

For everything that you want to do here on earth, there is always a time that will be best suited for it and if you go against that particular time, the intended result may not be fully achieved. There is a particular time or season that a business will thrive very well and if you do not take advantage of that particular time, profit may not be maximized.

Take this instance; during the peak period of the pandemic, there are many businesses that were displaced but there are others that saw massive boom: like the businesses that deal on health and safety products (hand sanitizers, nose masks, etc). You will agree with me that the rush for those products have dwindled and if you did not take advantage of that initial rush, you may never see the same kind of rush again.

Just to let you that doing the right thing will always be good but doing it at the right time will be far better. Let us look at the case of farming: For you to go into farming and to make a reasonable success in it, you have to have the knowledge of times and seasons. This is because there are crops that are meant for a particular season and deviating from that particular season may affect the yield negatively.

If you must forge an iron sheet, you must hammer it when it is still hot - that is called "right timing". There is a level of ease you will enjoy when you align yourself with the right timing.

This era is particularly remarkable for advancement in computational power. You will agree with me that it is like nothing we have ever witnessed before. However, about some decades ago, almost all office works were done with the manual typewriter. If someone mastered the act of using typewriter but has not upgraded himself to the act of using digital computational devices in this era, then he is already functioning behind time and may be displaced soon.

If time will be in your favour, then you have to align yourself with times and seasons. While planning the kind of business to do and whatnot, try also to find out the right timing to pursue after the ideas. Imagine someone going into umbrella selling business in dry season when there is no rain, his business may be hampered for long but if he goes into the same business in raining season when everyone will need it, he will make profit with ease. This is just to let you know that time and season are as important as the idea itself.
