Everyone has an idea about the current state of the world.As the days go by, the condition of our country Bangladesh is getting worse. I told the truth.Unknown fear and unknown panic inside man and livelihood on the other hand, all together man is going through a difficult time.No one is good at this time.


But if you lose, it will not work. Today I will share with you my very personal thoughts. I hope you will benefit if you try to understand my thoughts.
Since we don't have the vaccine, we have to think about this thing now.First we need to be physically and mentally healthy.If you want to stay physically healthy, you need to exercise every day.Since we can't all go out and exercise, try to exercise at home.However, my home is in a rural area and there are not many people here, so I cycle very early in the morning and cycling is very useful for my physical exercise.If you want to stay physically healthy, you must exercise. There is no other way, whether it is indoors or outdoors.
Mental health is very important at such a difficult time because at such times everyone suffers from depression so frustration and depression must be overcome. There are some things you can do to maintain good mental health, such as what you would like to do, since we are now indoors and spending time alone, so there are ways to maintain good mental health.You can watch TV, watch good movies, keep in touch with friends on social media and reading books and writing articles and draw anything. By doing these you have to keep yourself busy and find your joy in all thisAnd this way you have to keep your mental health good.
And to keep your body healthy, you need to eat plenty of fluids and vitamin-rich foods that will keep your body healthy.And you must get enough sleep which will help keep you mentally healthy.
