How I made delicious Tengra fish jhol or curry recipe?
Cooking date : 18 september 2021
■Ingredients +Quantity ■
Tengra fish+ 200 grams
Tumaric+ 1 table spoons
Salt+ 1.5 table spoons
Raw chilli +8 pieces
Red chilli+ 5 pieces
Cumin +3 grams
Three cardiments + 3 grams
Bay leaves +6 pieces
Onions+2 pieces
Garlics +2 pieces
Mustrad oil+150 grams
Water as needed
When my father was fishing , i captured some images.
■Step 1
Ar first I washed tengra fish with fresh water . After that I cut Tengra fish perfectly as my liked.After cutting this fish , i washed Tengra fish with fresh heat water .
■Step2
I removed ol shells . I cut ol perfectly .
I collected onions ,green chilli and garlic . After that I cut this elements sliecely. I washed this elements with fresh water.
■Step3
I mixed 1/2 table spoons tumaric and 1/2 table spoons salt with raw Tengra fish perfectly .
■Step4
I collected red chilli , raw chilli , cumin ,three cardiments ,onion ,garlic 2 pieces and garam masala together .
Then I will seal all the above ingredients together and paste them in the batter.
■Step5
I will put the pan on the burning stove, I will heat the pan for some time. Then I will give mustard oil. After heating the oil, I will put the tumaric, salted tengra fish in the hot oil. After frying the Tengra fish as per my choice, I will take it out of the pan.
■Step 6
When mustrad is heat in pan , i fried ol in pan.
I will push water in the pan as required. Then I will put the fried tengra fish in the pan in water. Now I will mix 1/2 tablespoons of turmeric and 1 tablespoons of salt in the Tengra. fish curry. Now boil the tengra fish with water for 10-12 minutes.
■Step 7
After boiling the tengra fish for 10 minutes, I will mix the mustard paste mixed with all the ingredients with the tengra and boiled it for 5 minutes and take it out of the pan.
■Step 8
This time I will add 10 grams of mustard oil to the pan. Heat the oil well and fry the onion and garlic. Then I will push the curry in the pan again.
■Step 9
This time I will boil the mustard Temgra fish curry for 7-8 minutes and remove it from the pan. This is how I cooked the delicious popular mustard hilsa curry. thus I made delicious tengra fish curry recipe .
Conclusion
Tengra fish is a homemade recipe . It is very delicious and tasty recipe. It is very easy recipe. It is my favourite recipe. So you can try it .
