I made heathy red spinach fry recipe

Ingredients

Red spinach
Water
Tumeric
Salt
Mustrad Oil
Green pepper
Onion
Garlic

Some months ago I had cultivated my land in my house . I had digged my land for cultivating Red spinach vegetable . After some days I had sowed red spinach seeds . When it had grown up , I had picked red spinach vegetables

I had taken clean red spanich. After that I had provided mustrad oil in pan .When oil is hot , I had mixed onion .After frying onion and garlic, cumin ,I leave red spinach veg in pan . I had boiled sometimes .I mixed tumaric and salt with some water . Thus I had fried sometimes . After frying I had picked vegetables . Finally I had made red spinach vegetables .

Farmer cultivate very much Bhadra-Poush months .Each tree has 15 to 20 leaves.The flowers are red in color and the seeds are round. The surface of the seed is mixed with black and some red spots. It is very demandable vegetable in Market . For this reason We plant this red spinach thought-out the year .Before cultivating red spinach, the land should be cultivated very well and prepared with a ladder.We have to elect Loamy soil and Sandy loam soil . We have to cultivate our land two to three times. After cultivating the land , we will clean weeds and grasses.

As a result It prevents our body for Iron against Anemia disease .Red spinach is very useful to prevent anemia in the body.
Red spinach fills up our daily calcium demand .It helps us for bone formation .Becides It protects our teeth and to keep heathy.
