ENERGY REFILL CONTEST
This week has been very wonderful for the contest, we had 30 wonderful proposals full of motivation, reflective phrases, good advices and above all full of positive energy.
This week's phrase was: "Who wants to do something finds the way, who doesn't, an excuse." - Stephen Dolley
First of all i must say that i am very grateful to all the participants and those who helped make this contest possible, the truth is that it was very difficult to choose the winners, but you have to choose, here they are:

Esta semana ha sido muy buena para el concurso, tuvimos 30 maravillosas propuestas llenas de motivación, frases reflexivas y sobre todo llenas de energía positiva.

Antes que nada debo decir que estoy muy agradecida con todos los participantes y los que ayudaron a que este concurso sea posible, la verdad es que fué muy difícil elegir los ganadores, pero hay que elegir, aquí están:

It is already customary to mention this first prize, because it is one of the most important, it is the prize for the most committed to the other posts, why? Because the comments are what make us meet new people, share and see the point of view of others. If there are no comments, there is no community and if there is no community we are not human.
I must say that this week there was a tie between @abis28 and @thaliaf, they did a wonderful job, so I add a few extra hives to complete.
Besides they did some wonderful posts, they took the task to comment as many posts as they could, and gave so much energy to those authors that I don't have words to explain it.

Ya es costumbre mencionar este premio de primero, porque es uno de los más importantes, es el premio al más comprometido con los demás posts, ¿Por qué? Porque los comentarios son los que hacen que conozcamos gente nueva, que compartamos y que veamos el punto de vista de los demás. Si no hay comentarios, no hay comunidad y si no hay comunidad no somos humanos.
Debo decir que esta semana hubo un empate entre @abis28 y @thaliaf, hicieron un trabajo maravilloso, así que agrego unos cuantos hives extra para completar.
Además de que hicieron unos posts maravillosos, se tomaron la tarea de comentar la mayor cantidad de posts que pudieron, y les regalaron tanta energía a esos autores que ni tengo palabras para explicarlo.

The first place goes to @frankches. Because even though he starts the post saying that he is not very good with words, he doesn't realize the wonderful story he told us, an anecdote of his own life, where, from a very young age he had to arm himself with courage and ingenuity and with his own hands, being self-taught he learned to do what he had to do.
Without a doubt, he has been a fighter since he was a child. That's what we have to do with our dreams, take the reins of our lives and fight for what we want, because things are not going to come by themselves, and they are not always obtained on a silver platter. This boy knows the secret of life!
All this without mentioning the wonderful illustrations he leaves us in the post.

El primer lugar va para @frankches. Porque a pesar de que inicia el post diciendo que no es muy bueno con las palabras, no se da cuenta la maravillosa historia que nos contó, una anécdota de su propia vida, en donde, desde muy pequeño tuvo que armarse de valor e ingenio y con sus propias manos, siendo autodidacta aprendió a hacer lo que tenía que hacer.
Sin duda alguna, desde bien pequeño es un luchador. Eso mismo es lo que tenemos que hacer con nuestros sueños, agarrar las riendas de nuestra vida y pelear por lo que queremos, porque las cosas no van a llegar por si solas, y no siempre se consiguen en bandeja de plata. Este chico conoce el secreto de la vida!!!
Todo esto sin hablar de las maravillosas ilustraciones que nos deja en el post.

Second place goes to @mafalda2018. Because it gives us a different approach to the phrase, it tells us that it has a lot to do with motivation, and how we ourselves can greatly influence the motivation of others. You never know how much good you can do to another person just by saying "Wow, that looks good", "How did you do that", "How about marketing your work"... Maybe that person doesn't even know he has talent, because he does it with so much love that it doesn't weigh on him.
Many of us need that motivation, or push to get things done, that's why it's so necessary that when we see something positive in someone we tell them!

El segundo lugar va para @mafalda2018. Porque nos dá un enfoque diferente a la frase, nos dice que tiene mucho que ver con la motivación, y como nosotros mismos podemos influir muchísimo en la motivación de los demás. Uno nunca sabe que tan bien le podemos hacer a otra persona solo diciéndole "Wao que bien te quedó eso", "Cómo lo lograste?" "Que tal si comercializas tu trabajo"... Tal vez esa persona ni se imagina que tiene talento, porque lo hace con tanto amor que no le pesa.
Muchos necesitamos esa motivación, o empujón para hacer las cosas, por eso es tan necesario que todos cuando veamos algo positivo en alguien se lo digamos!

The third place goes to @albaandreina. She explained to us her life experience, that although life took her deep, she gained strength, got up and most importantly fought for what she wanted and achieved, she must be very proud of what she has achieved. She is a living example of the phrase of the week and I congratulate her on her achievements.

A thousand thanks to everyone for participating, I was really happy to see that they liked the competition and it was very well received.
I must say that this phrase identifies me a lot too, because many times I was waiting for that "perfect moment" or "when things are better" which in the end never comes. We are the ones who have to take the reins of our lives and not leave them to fate! *? We are masters of our lives and decisions? we are too old to be waiting for a miracle!
Thanks also to all who make this contest possible: @wesphilbin and @enginewitty for all the support they are giving to the contest. And to the SMILE team @cwow2, @starstrings01 and others that I cannot mention. They believed in the idea first than I did, and gave me strength to believe too and honestly it has been a success for me, little by little we will keep on filling Hive with positive energy!

Mil gracias a todos por participar, de verdad que me he sentido muy feliz al ver que les ha gustado el concurso y ha tenido mucha aprobación.
Debo decir esta frase me identifica mucho también, porque muchas veces esperaba ese "momento perfecto" o "cuando las cosas estén mejor" que a fin de cuentas nunca llega. Nosotros somos los que tenemos que tomar las riendas de nuestras vidas y no dejárselas al destino! Somos dueños de nuestra vida y decisiones Ya estamos viejitos para andar esperando un milagro!
