This is my entry for #Introspection challenge organized by @josehany

Looking inside oneself as when we look at a tree grows and begins to detail the leaves, the shape of the trunk, the growth of flowers.

Introspection is usually directed to a part of the inner self, because we ourselves cannot fully evaluate ourselves with a single glance, the extraction is up to a certain aspect of oneself at a certain moment.

I have remorse for something I did for example and then I start to see myself in hindsight, that is to say looking back and wondering; What I did wrong, we evaluate ourselves and say; I was carried away by anger, really what that person did or that event that happened did not deserve my reaction, exaggerate ...

Introspection can take different forms of evaluation to know ourselves to evaluate something that we have done by inquiring about a performance at a certain time, that instruction tries to search within itself the ration of a behavior. The prospective examination looks for the reason for a behavior, in short, introspection can have multiple forms, there are people with a greater tendency to be evaluations of themselves and others who do not, it is what we call extroverts and introverts. Although not necessarily because an extrovert can also do a lot of introspection.

To conclude, introspection is an examination and a search within oneself.

My introspection.

I have a behavior that I have not yet managed to control completely, I must admit, looking inside myself, I realize that when I did not manage to solve an event that affects me too much, my anger can and does take over my inner being and I can say things that Later I regret it, I still have not worked on that enough to master it, I have been told about Neuro-linguistic programming through it I can get an anchor to dominate that aspect of my life so I am using this mechanism to give order to my brain and not letting anger dominate me by coldly analyzing the situations that lead me to that state.

Mastering anger is complicated, try as many things as possible until something works for you, you have already made a first step, admit it, now you have to work on the rest. I am glad that you participated in this challenge 🖤

En algún momento de la vida siempre nos toca analizar cierta conducta en nosotros, pero lo más valioso e importante es darnos cuenta y hacerlo consciente, ya tenemos la mitad del trabajo ganado.

Saludos.
