Sometimes the fear of the past invades our thoughts, making us not appreciate the present and letting time go by without realizing that the opportunity to live in the present has escaped us.

Mindfulness means to stop being distracted by these interruptions, and to connect with what is really important.

With meditation you develop the skill of looking at your thoughts and emotions without reacting automatically, opening a space to act in the way that you consider valuable, we appease the mind, find peace, pay attention to the breath, make meditation a habit.

Free your feet, give him freedom from contact with nature.
