Photographs of the golden morning from the top of the mountain.
Hello friends.
I hope you are all fine. I am fine here too. In today's photo, I have shared with you the photos of the golden morning captured from the hill of Pavagadh. The view from the other side of this hill is amazing. The beauty of which can be seen in these photos. Pavagadh is a religious place. Which is a hill at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level. The temple of Kalika Mata is located on the top of the hill. Where thousands of Haribhaktas come to pay homage to the mother. The hill starts from Machi village in the foothills. There are 1500 steps from here to the temple.
There are many historical stories associated with Pavagadh. According to which the fort of Pavagadh was considered extremely difficult and unique. But Muhammad Begda, the ruler of Ahmedabad, attacked and conquered it. Apart from that, he also attacked and conquered the fort of Junagadh. It was called Bagdo-Bagdo after winning two forts. Patai Rawal, the ruler of Pavagadh, fell in the battle against Muhammad Begda. At that time, the temple of Mahakali was severely damaged by Muhammad's army. After that the temple remained in dilapidated condition for one hundred and fifty years and was restored by Gaikwad of Vadodara.
Here is a photo of the golden morning taken from the top of the mountain. The sky has also become golden because of the golden sunlight. In the foothills has become a wonderful formation of clouds. I have shared below the photos of the formation of beautiful clouds formed in the foothills. This photograph is taken from Canon EOS-1D X Mark II f/8 Focal length 16mm.
The foothills along the edge of the mountain are also captured in this photo. In which even the clouds have become golden due to the golden sunlight. The beautiful creation of the golden clouds I have shared with you through this post. I hope you like these photos and my post about Pavagadh. The area is far away from cities which makes the environment pollution free. For this reason, you can see far in this photo. At the back of the hill is a wonderful formation of clouds. Which is the main beauty of this photo. This photograph is taken from Canon EOS-1D X Mark II f/8 Focal length 100mm.

The temple on the hill is the main center of attraction. To reach the temple from the foothills known as Machi, one has to climb 1200 steps through a forest and a mountain. Rope-way facilities are also available. Planning for trekking from Champaner to Manchi and Pavagadh is also popular. Pavagadh is connected to all the important cities of Gujarat by roads. Buses to Pavagadh are available from Vadodara every 30 minutes. The distance between Pavagadh and Vadadara is only 48 km. The best time to visit Pavagadh is October and Chaitri Navratri.
The religious significance of this place is very high. Mahakali at Pavagadh is one of the 51 Shakti Peeths spread across the country. This form of Goddess Parvati is created for the destruction of demons and devotees believe that her worship destroys the demonic factors that surround the life of a person. This place is also considered excellent for deadly penance. Kalika Mataji of Pavagadh is worshiped as Dakshin Kali. Therefore, according to Vedic and Tantric rituals, worship is performed here. According to the Garuda Purana, the desolate hills of Pavagadh and its environs were the abode of Rajarshi Vishwamitri. Vishwamitra with his tapobal poured his powers in this valley of Pavagadh and established Kalika Mata at the top by himself. Enough of this story, the Vishwamitri River still flows from Pavagadh.
Pavagadh is located in Halol taluka of Panchmahal district in the Indian state of Gujarat. If you have visited Gujarat, this place is worth visiting.
