HOW TO PREPARE NIGERIAN JOLLOF SPAGHETTI GARNISHED WITH FRIED PLANTAIN AND BOILED EGG π
Hello guys. Welcome to my blog. There is a little twist of tale in my post today, a deviation from the norm. I'd be sharing my Jollof spaghetti and fried plantain (dodo) recipe with you all. Spaghetti is one food that is suitable for every occasion and could be prepared in different ways. I chose to prepare the spaghetti with a couple of ingredients that made it look yummy.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR JOLLOF SPAGHETTI
Spaghetti
Pepper Sauce
Onion
2 Tomatoes
Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Curry powder, thyme and Stock cube
Indomie spice
Dry fish
Eggs
Plantain
HOW TO PREPARE
- Slice the onions, tomatoes into desired size
- Stir fry the onions and tomatoes for about one minute
- Add seasonings and salt to taste
- Wash your dry fish in hot water and pieces it into the pot
- Allow it to cook for about another 2 minutes
- You can add some water now and allow it cook for more time
- Wash and add your eggs into the pot
- Break the spaghetti into the pot, stir and cover the pot
Check the salt if it's sufficient, if not add more to it
Cook for about 8 minutes and take off the heat
While the Spag is cooking, wash and slice your plaintian into desired size
- Add vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry at low it
- The plaintian should be ready when the plaintian is golden brown
- Food is ready
- Enjoy
