Hello everyone. Good afternoon and welcome to my blog at this hour. It's the second day of the week and work has been great and encouraging. The weather is just a little hot resulting in serious sweating and feeling of fatigue. Today, I will be talking about the health benefits of garden egg also known as eggplant. I urge you to sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.

Garden eggs is one of my favorite fruit of all time. I have its plant in my compound and once it is ripe I'm always around looking for one to pluck. The importance of consuming fruits and vegetables on a regular basis cannot but be overemphasized. One of such is garden egg also known as egg plants. It has a lot of health benefits it offers to the body such as promoting weight loss.

Consumption of garden eggs, especially the green type contains low carbohydrates and calories thereby promoting weight reduction process. It is an important part of the diet of overweight people or people who aim to maintain their body weight.

It is also a source of vitamin B to the body. It helps the body to maximize the use of fat and protein and by extension contributing to the nervous system. The body is provided with adequate vitamin B needed for the body when eggplants are consumed on a regular.

Garden eggs also promote healthy bone formation and strengthening of the bones also preventing degradation. It aids digestion and also good for the general health of married women.
